Assisting in providing cost estimates for your annual budgeting and reserve needs.
All technicians are directly employed by Precision Painting & Waterproofing and covered by our Workmen’s Compensation Policy. We do not lease employees or sub-contract our projects.
Highly trained technicians who are experienced in all phases of painting, waterproofing, sealants and deck coatings.
Full-time, on site working foremen to manage your projects, communicate details, and coordinate schedules with the owner’s representative each day.
Adhering to the supplier’s specifications from start to finish, supplying weekly inspections for warranty requirements.
Matching the manufacturer’s Labor and Material warranty.
Performing annual inspections of the property at no additional cost to the owners.
In addition to our painting and waterproofing services, we also provide and assist with: Concrete Restoration, Wood Rot Repair, Complete Deck Coating Removal, and other professional services that only a Licensed Paint & General Contractor can safely provide.
