Precision Painting & Waterproofing was hired a second time within the last decade to repaint all buildings within the Marbrisa oceanfront and riverfront community, including roofs, garage doors, windows and exterior surfaces. Upon assessment of the property, wood carpentry and stucco repairs were required and included for each residence. Working closely with the property manager, we successfully completed all work with minimal disturbance to personal residences.
