Somerset Bay

A multi-faceted restoration project for this nine-building property, Precision Painting & Waterproofing chipped out all stucco down to the block around every residence’s bay window within the entire community. All openings had to be thoroughly waterproofed, stucco reapplied, and repainted. Windows were re-caulked because the original caulking was not compatible. Within the residences, we ripped out damaged drywall due to flooding, reinstalled it, and tested and rebuilt windows to properly seal the openings.
