The multi-stage refurbishment project for this community’s multi-family units required intricate waterproofing procedures, concrete repairs throughout the property, structural renovations of all buildings, and water damage restoration within the residential units as well as repainting of surfaces. Structural renovations included rebuilding the scuppers and re-pitching every deck on each unit to correct the water intrusion problems. Due to Precision Painting & Waterproofing’s affiliation with Croom Construction Company, we were able to provide all refurbishment services at a competitive rate without outsourcing the services.
