James (JC) Chocquet
Sr Vice President
JC has successfully led the Precision Painting & Waterproofing crew of talented painters and craftsmen since 1997. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, he is a licensed paint contractor with additional specialist training in scaffolding erection and high-lift equipment. He also holds OSHA and EPA certifications. He’s proud of his team’s reputation for furniture-quality finishes, commercial and residential painting, and often-complicated restorations. This, he says, is what separates run-of-the-mill painters from experienced professionals.
Caroline Remillard
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Originally from Montreal, Canada, Caroline joined Precision Painting & Waterproofing in 2017. Having earned a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and extensive management experience in the hospitality industry, she brings a world of knowledge, excellent customer relations, and organizational management to our team. When she’s not working, she loves spending time traveling, cooking, and reading.
Moe Barghouty
SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
As Senior Superintendent, Moe brilliantly leads our talented crews. With a paint contractor’s license and numerous professional certifications to his credit, he joined Precision Painting & Waterproofing more than 20 years ago. Moe earned a B.S. in Construction from Southern Illinois University and holds a High-Lift Equipment certification, Swing Stage certification, and a certification in Lead-based Paint Removal.
Mike Cantrell
Paint Foreman
A Vero Beach native and avid outdoorsman, Mike has been a paint foreman with Precision for more than 20 years. His professional certifications include OSHA, boom lifts, scaffold, rigging, respirator, fall protection, safety training and coating-application certifications.
